Recommended Regular Maintenance Intervals

Clutch oil (Actuator Fluid) - (Every 10,000 km or every 5000km if you are travelling in highly traffic areas frequently) or Replace if moisture level is above 3% or after every 3 years which ever comes first or Replace after every 1 year on the safe side
Engine Oil + Original Oil Filter (Every 10,000 km or 6 Months which ever comes first)
Transmission Oil (Change after every 40,000 km or Change after every 20,000 km to be on the safe side)
Brake Fluid - Check using brake fluid tester and replace if required or replace within 3 years

Recommended oils and fluids

1) Clutch oil (Actuator Fluid)

Fluid Type - SEIKEN DOT 4 (250 ml - 300 ml)

2) Engine Oil

Oil Type - Range of Engine oils can be used. From 0W-20 to 10W-30 SN Fully Synthetic (Havoline / Mobil / Motul)

Oil Quantity :- 3.1 Liters (Without oil filter replacement)

3.3 Liters (With oil filter replacement)

4 Liters (During disassembly and assembly)

3) Transmission Fluid -

Fluid Type: HONDA ATF DW-1 ULTRA Made in Japan. Do not use commonly available plastic bottle oil in the market. It is not ULTRA.

Fluid quantity: When you drain it out via bottom plug then 2 litres. if it is sucked out by machine from top then 1.3 litres (For 2WD) and 1.6 litres (For AWD), Never put 3 litres which is common practice. You will damage your transmission. (Use the level bolt in your transmission to measure the correct amount)

4) Brake Fluid

Fluid Type - DOT 3 or DOT 4 (DOT 4 is better than Dot 3)

Fluid Quantity - 4 Liters

5) Coolant - Blue Coolant (Honda / BG / Hyper)

Quantity - Replacement - 3.6 Liters (Including 0.475 Liters for reserve tank)

6) Differential Oil (For AWD only) - HONDA Genuine Ultra DPSF-II

Quantity - 1.247 Liters (At the time of replacement)

Identify the correct fluid

1) Clutch actuator fluid (Clutch oil)
