Q)I had an i-DCD car that had an unintentional shift change when it was stopped or getting off.

A) Please note that if your hand or bag hits the select lever, it may move unintentionally and cause the same shift change as when you operate it.

In addition, hanging a convenience store bag on the select lever can also cause erroneous operation.
Step on the brake once and press the parking button to stop and get off.

Q) In an i-DCD car, sometimes the car did not move for a moment even if I stepped on the accelerator when starting.

A)

As a characteristic of i-DCD,
Case 1: Gear reinsertion is
basically a manual transmission, so even with automatic shifting, the gears may not engage and disengage as in the case of manual transmission.
At that time, the car will not move forward for a moment, but the gear change will be redone automatically.
Case 2: Sudden engine start When the
hybrid battery is low, the power of the motor used to turn the tires is used to start the engine, so the driving force to turn the tires is interrupted for a moment.
In that case, depress the accelerator again and wait for a breath until the engine starts and the driving force is transmitted to the tires.
Don't be afraid, slowly step on the accelerator again to start.

Q) What should be the suitable tyre pressure for my Honda Vezel Hybrid?

A)

Note:-

  1. If your air compressor allows you to set the desired tyre pressure, enter the correct psi. Generally, this should be the recommended manufacturer pressure according to the above table. However, if you've recently driven your car more than 2km, and your tyres are hot, it is recommend increasing the pressure by 3-7 psi.
  2. Be aware that fuel station compressors can be inaccurate and may require you to double check the pressure with your own gauge to make sure the pressure is perfect.
  3. If you find your tyre is overinflated, release some air by turning the valve cap around and then pushing on the valve core, or with your fingernail. If you find your tyre is underinflated, reattach the hose and refill your tyres, slightly increasing the desired psi. Then, check the pressure is correct once you have finished.
